The Technical Institute’s Level 1 Apprentice Course serves as introductory training for all newly hired and less experienced Service Technicians at Camping World. In this course, attendees will acquire the basic skills and knowledge to perform the required responsibilities of a Service Technician. Particular emphasis is placed on performing a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI). The course includes a description of the necessary safety requirements. The Technician is introduced to the overall process of the Service Department in order to understand how they interact with all of the other members of the Service Department Team. Elements of Customer Service are emphasized to promote better retention of the Customers.
